They do and generally poor selection unless online but prices are pretty fair like newegg.
I live in Toronto and if you need some help I could assist.
I'd get a cheap 1080 p monitor for around 100 and some temp keyboard and mouse like those mazer's.
After that dump everything else in the pc. Can get new fancy keyboard/mouse later if he really gets into it.
840$ remaining will be enough for a decent build.
