Gtx 1060 I guess.
1050ti might be better since the CPU is so old

Personally, I would get new CPU/Mobo/ram before upgrading gfx card. Playing wow at trash settings while saving up for a gfx card would be worth it.

I installed a 1050ti on a Dell Optiplex 990 (i7-2600), and it run perfectly DOOM on High Settings, War Frame on Ultra, Elder Scroll Online in High Settings, Skyrim Heavily Moded get me a steady 70fps.
The 1060 is 47% better on the official benchmark. The 1050ti doesn'T require a Power Cord, it's plug and Play. All that on a 265 W Power Supply, which has been changed to a newer one with 400 W

hm besides the vram a modded skyrim utilizes i think doom is the most intensive title there and that game is scary well optimized, it shouldn't be able to look as good as it does while running that smoothly even on relatively potato systems.

war frame and eso are both mmos, clasically cpu bound.
