I for one would rather have that 4k hdr 144hz gsync qdot monitor, and some random fuck monitor for my second.

instead of two half decent 4k monitors.

I use 2 monitors because I multitask a lot and am not a fan of the ultra wide monitor, I prefer a dual monitor set up. That being said I'm not opposed to a larger monitor that's bigger than 27" but I am going to be rocking 2 monitors regardless.
