It's subjective to your needs but cpu ram, gpu. Ideally.
Its on twed can get for 6euro which is 10usd

yeah i'm looking at that. I don't see anywhere it says whether it's 32 or 64 bit?

call microsoft to get it activated.
you can contact twed support, they'll fix it. it shouldnt be used tho, just not activated.
