yea, its crazy man. Hes giving almost a 1k$ worth of stuff for free and alls i did was ask his opinion on the bundle i was considering. really nice guy, i ahve no idea how to repay him, he wont accept my money lol.

i showed a nice friend from work a bundle that i was going to buy ( i7-6800k, HyperX Savage 16gb DDR4 3000 (2x 8gb), MSI X99A) and he said he had the items listed above for free just collecting dust in his closet and told me to just to buy a MOBO and CPU cooler.


Some one giving away practically this gen mid-highend hardware for free? That worth 750$

Yes it will handle 1080. It only takes 200w at full load.
350w for your whole system. Your psu is rated to 750w.
You still have 400w to spare lol.
Read my advice on ssd right?

Yeah me too. I always sell spare parts immediately after upgrading to make sure value doesn't drop lower by time.

he actually gave me the gtx 960 im using now too lol. im giving him the 960 back and all of my old parts from current build.

i looked up the prices on the stuff im getting for free

i56600k is like 200$ and up

GTX1080 is 540$ and up

and i think the ram sticks are 120$ combined

Oh true I thought the MSRP on 1080 got lowered to 450$ after release of 1080ti. How I came up with that amount.

im going to microcenter tomorrow to get the shit i need and hes giving me the pieces sunday night at work. i need some legit windows though sick of getting the "this is not a genuine copy of windows" message, Should i get windows 7 or?
