well here is a Very quick 10m put together of a pc if you want more help and i can also fine tune it more to your price/performance or simply just want to save more money.

i didn't put a cd drive in cause the one you have is fine.

i did put in thermal paste in cause i didn't know if you have any

i did toss in a psu just my taste over Roswell i pref corsair and seasonic for psu.

having a SSD for your main drive is SUPER important i suggest at least a 250-500GB.

If you have any questions pm me back ill help you to build best pc for your hard earned money! :)

Cryorig is better than the old old evo212. And both comes applied with decent thermal paste
You might run into bios trouble using kaby lake with z170 chipset, you might need to flash bios, but you need a skylake cpu just to do that.
Higher frequency ram ks worth the extra 5 bucks.
And corsair cx is low low tier, 60$ that robbery!

I've only used 1 cryrig h7 and it preformed better then the new evo's but it was like 3-4 degrees at most under loads.
tbh which ever is cheapest is what you should be buying. Both will do just fine.
