Well for aftermarket coolers you would probably have to pay a bit more. We will see in 8 days.

I would highly recommend one. Reference coolers get hot and noisy. Just get cheap version like MSI armor.

The video card you had selected was gone. Is this correct? Looks like all of that stuff is out now if there's no real difference with the video cards

Gpu's tend to get louder so I think its pointless arguing the noise aspect.

Yeah that is fine. Gigabyte had some vram cooling issues on their 480 at release but had been fixed.
The 1500x comes with an alright cooler. I would skip that 212
