200 fps on leauge wtf

and im playing on 1280x720 with all the settings to very low

Just to have the FPS is the only reason Im asking, I want a computer to run teh way it should.

Check gpu/cpu load and temperatures. I prefer nzxt cam 3.0 for monitoring.
And if you wanna test your PC for future games you will get a better feeling by benchmarking. I can recommend 3dmark.

And so high fps should cause screen tear if your monitor doesn't support async or gsync

Even with async/gsync that would cause tearing.
