This
I wouldn't pair a z170 board with a 7700k, that's just me tho.
They are compatible tho

Better off going with a 6600k and upgrading gpu to a 1070.
If planning to stay with what you have, at least choose a 480 over a 1060 3gb

Ryzen launches March 2nd. Might be worth waiting since you plan on Photoshop and streaming

/e and Zwix already linked me to the Radeon 480. I never liked Radeon, but maybe it is actually a decent gpu. I always thought it was a lower tier.

Quick build, little out of price range.
Someone can tinker with it, gotta get ready for work.

Depends how u wanna utilize Ur build, are u srs about streaming?
If so, u get i7 and decent gpu, and upgrade gpu later when u decide to play more games than league.
If Ur just meh about streaming, but for sure about gaming, go with i5 and get more quality parts and better gpu.

Zwix already posted a build I'd build similar to

I kind of made my own? I never knew about this thing. Pretty neat. Any thoughts?

Like is Radeon good? Should I get that instead of my current selected one? Am I going to much on some parts, too little?

Am I missing anything?

What do you have against radeon?

My last card was Radeon and I used it for over 2 years no issues

And just sold it and got half my money back

Yes at this budget point amd is very viable.
I still believe overall these components are better overall

The i7 for editing and stream
Better cpu cooler
Faster ram
You are missing additional storage

Tho the gpu you choose is a few % better. Specially at higher resolutions.
