ok ill monitor it. do you think the game being installed on an ssd thats almost completely full affect anything?

Yeah. SSDs should not be at 99%.

Either move some stuff off the SSD, or get a larger one.

Might consider checking for bad nvidia settings. Playing around with them really helps the performance

Seems like a driver issue. Can you try downloading nzxt cam 3.0 and check stats while the game run.
