I i was you i would double check that that ram's speeds should be running at.
i have had this issue before it bothered me til li fixed it, not gona pay for 1600 and get stuck running 1066.

That's a MicroATX motherboard. The vid card I linked is 11.73". Make sure the case you have (w/e that is) has room for a card that long.
/e Also the vid card requires a 6 pin and an 8 pin power lead...make sure your power supply has those.
