take it back, if 7970 isn't hindering ur use.
u can get better shit later on when u actually need to upgrade anyways, since GPU's are 1 of the parts that are released more frequently.
& prices don't go down when new AMD shits release, they go up cos they're outdated & discontinued which no one buys since better shits out there for cheaper.
EX. 770 is over $9000, 1060 is cheaper and much str0nker.

The price thing is so crazy to me. My exact card is on ebay right now with bids at $75 with over a day remaining - I could get a 3rd of my money that I paid for the 480 back from selling my 7970!!

That being said I think you are right it's been stable for a few days so I think I might just take the 480 back and either wait til my 7970 dies or just get a new one card in the new year. Thanks for the help!
