just d/l it from ms and mount it to usb with a mounting tool

You can also request a new DVD from microsoft, But that costs $$ to ship it to you.

so many options for this Find some device and Run Kodi on it

Raspberry Pi Running Kodi ( I got this during college for our coding classes and networking classes after we were done with it i turned it into a media center/retro arcade last i check it could play up to playstation 1 but that was with the first one that came out) also used it as a webserver)
Android Box Running Kodi
amazon firestick running Kodi
Old computer running Kodi

The most affordable and most versatile choice is a raspi, and it's a fun adventure too!
