I found a good combo i5 6500 with mobo and ram for 289 from newegg.

if you live close to microcenter they are having deals on i7 6700k for 255
and 6600k for 175

msi tomawk mobo on newegg for 100 plus you can get 10 back with mafia 3 game

This is the combo package I found.
RAM is a little on the low-side, but that can usually be upgraded no?
Or is that maxed for that MOBO?
