SSD i'd go for a cheaper brand but again your preference.

No problem, from what I remember Gigabyte does have a windows overclocking feature which is good if you're scared to do it yourself. The hyper 212 should be able to handle a 4.5-4.6 ghz OC

You gotta be REALLY Lucky on the chip. voltage gotta be low at 4.5-4.6 to reach a fair temperature.
like 1.35v should be around 75c on a 212 evo
