Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse included.
If you really do not have the gut to assemble the PC yourself. NCIX has a service where you can get them to do it for an additional $50.
You might as well consider an HDD for storage.
As for the: Do you need an Operating System?: | Do you have an copy of windows etc. Or do you need one, if so kinguin has windows 10 for like $25.

I'd remove the cooler as a stock fan should suffice since you wont be overclocking.
Other then that you may want to add an optical drive if you use cd/dvd's at all.
Lastly grab 2x 120/140 mm fans for front of the case to help air flow.

op doesn't even need a k version so he can save money and get non k with one.
I was unaware skylakes don't come with stock coolers.
The 3/4000 series did, was unaware they phased em out.

Sure he can. But K model stay viable and more value for a longer periode of time.

Heres I had a few min to do some tweaks I would go for since overclocking is not something you'll be doing

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/NvZM3F

Non k cpu and no after market cooler.

Faster/Cheaper SSD
Faster RAM - for 4$ (comparing to new egg site cause free shipping >)
Cheaper/higher wattage PSU
Includes 1TB HD

I don't have time to search monitors and mice are more personal taste.
Should go in a store find one you like thats comfortable.

Not going to chime in on keyboards as I'm out dated with the new mechanical ones.

Pretty sure you can get a cheaper monitor and get 2 case fans or an optical drive. >
Or drop the 1tb storage drive for an even higher capacity SSD. > http://pcpartpicker.com/list/JZFVBP

I like this build the most. Getting a 6600k will give you more value for longer time than a non-K model via overclocking. You don't need to mess with overclocking right away, but in a year or two you'll be glad you have the option.

You can get that CoolerMaster keyboard/mouse combo to save a little bit if needed.
