I think i will go with the corsair :P
Still tossed up about the tower. If I do have enough space I may consider the mid, just though full would be easier for first build and I could use the case into the future for a while with a lot of room inside

You have been very helpful :) thank you!!

Well the case in your build has like 200mm fan(s) not sure the amount and size you would need there to create close to natural airflow. In the 400C would you need 4x 120mm. 3 for for front, 1 rear. Then the radiator in in the top with the 2 original fans.

Its 120-140mm fans. Comes with 2 in the front, one in the rear (Giggity)

Can hold a few in the top, Etc.

Fan Compatibility page 13 on the manual
Top-3x120mm,3x140mm,or 1x200 fan's
Front-2x120mm,2x140mm,1x200mm fan's
Bottom-2x120mm,or 1x140mm fan's
Rear-1x120mm, or1x140mm

This is directly from the manual from the case :)

I was considering doing the 2x 140 in the front, 1x 140 in the back, and 1x 140 on the top.

(Front intake, top/back exhaust)

Do you guys think that this would move enough air through the case? if not I could look at doing a fan controller w/ additional fans top?

I debated doing the 200mm in the front, but was concerned about the LED's not fully matching the Corsair 140's.

though about this for 200mm . (Aerocool Silent Master 200R 76.0 CFM 200mm Fan) ( Red LED)

Any thoughts on this? :p sorry to keep asking questions that may be common sense

I think I may be confused. I thought that the corsair H was jus the liquid cooler for the cpu, and that I would still need to do case fans?

You will need to mount the radiator somewhere in the case.
And preferable high static pressure fans(SP) instead of regular air flow ones (AF) for the rad, the stock ones coming with it are pretty decent
