I'm all in for mini itx in budget builds. You can pick pretty much any atx case as well. Wouldn't make much sense tho

Not really. Can do a 750 ti and probably be fine. 480 will be more than enough tho :) Blizz games are cpu intensive, not so much on the gpu. Definitely would go with the processor I listed for OW

Yea, on lower settings outside ultis. Even 6700K with GTX 970 gets pushed to the limit and is unable to achieve solid 100fps on max. Need to dorp those settings.

You might be CPU limited in some more extreme situitions, but the answer still remains yes.

Edit: As a note, the load times will be significantly longer with HDD than with an SSD.
