Just use same one same way

Make sure to get all drivers

Tweak your settings Google it reddit has many with same setup and things they tried
Unpark cores
Many things you can do that set up should be fine for 144hz monitor

have you overclocked your 8320? I'd start with that, and if you're still not satisfied, then you can upgrade.

ssd is nice and all but it's not gonna upgrade ur gaming experience for csgo, it would mostly help for mmo games that benefit from short load times, like WoW/d3/poe anything with portals/doors to go to next map etc.
