Case of your choice + Keyboard of your choice.
Can add an SSD for faster boot time + Game load time

You can also go with a Gtx 950 for more budget friendly if you don't mind running game in medium gfx

Why are you telling him to spend $200 on a Z170 mobo with a locked i5-6500?

Id he decide to upgrade in 1-3 years and can keep that same mobo, instead of Changing everything, ofc à 6600k would be better now but he doesn't have the budget

If he's trying to save money right now, then spending $100 more than needed on a mobo for the future is a ridiculous decision. lol

I would do that too. I think it's better to buy a Z170 board, cause sooner or later, most people want a K chip and to be able to overclock.

The board is only a $150 board in the US. It's not that outrageous, and it does leave a small upgrade path.

He's already strapped for budget. He could buy an MSI B150 for $115 and throw that $85 at a monitor or keyboard.

Than when he decide to upgrade, he has to spend 500$ instead of 300$
Better pay 85$ now

Here you go. Just picked the monitor due to reviews. It's 60Hz IPS.

E: Buy a Windows key from KINGUIN.

The games you listed don't require an expensive computer, but the Windows, monitor and keyboard collectively take up a big chunk of your budget.

Listed below are all the components you need to build your computer to play the games you've listed.
