i understand i can get a key there but where is the cd.

You download windows. You can either put it on a bootable usb or burn it to a CD.
microsoft will give you a free download if you give them your key, or you can google it.
I like secksi's build so i wont submit my own because it would look nearly identical. :P

Well, Microsoft wants a full RETAIL key, to download the .iso

An OEM key will not work with the Microsoft .iso


Kinguin only has OEM keys.
