Better to get 2 sticks of 8, instead of 4x4 rams.

I'll post another later on a comp, don't like using my phone for this.
Whats the budget with +150 extra? Is it 1050 or 950 max before taxes?

Ahh yes, I just assumed that the Mobo/skylake would be Quad Channel.

150-200 more so ~1035 on partpicker

Here's what I came up with:

Which case fans would you recommend on purchasing for the S340?
(I have about $35 more to go)

I added 2x Front 140MM, let me know what you think.

looks good, but nn to overkill on mobo
he can use the remaining budget on a 850w psu, and he won't ever have to upgrade it in the future

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/C9fWbj
Base Total: $1029.19
Shipping: $4.99
Total: $1034.18

he can also fit a 1070 in that budget if he doesnt care about looks at all

1070 is almost $150 more than the 1060, you mean instead of OCing?

Or shedding off some dollars and getting the 1070?
Only way to achieve this is lowering the quality on other parts.
