So after a bit more research and suggestions I might have a setup planned..
The price listed will change, they will price match and will beat by 10% so I have to talk to them before I order it anyway.
This is in CAD not USD.
Still need an OS.
Thoughts or concerns? Tell me if I fucked up, I've never built a pc before.

Should be able to crush wow?
Hopefully little to no issues raiding. I know the graphic requirements jumped quite a bit for the new expansion.

How much of a performance boost does over clocking give?

5-10%

I got 6% better benchmark scores by pushing my 1080 a bit.
