should i buy extra fans for that case? it only comes with 2? Could i mount my rad from that cpu cooler to the top of the case or is there no places on the top and only the front?
I wouldn't personally add extra fans unless you plan on using a fan controller unless you have less than 3. Especially if you plan to plug them in directly to your power supply. In your case I would probably add another one (but really if you want a quiet system replace the existing fans and buy 3 brand new ones).
I lived for 5 years with my old rig which had 6 fans all plugged into the PSU. It was so loud that I could hear it down my hallway. Since then with my new computer I only have 3 fans plugged into my motherboard so I can adjust the RPMS myself. So much quieter and I can actually sleep with the computer turned on now.
The temperature difference between 3 and 6 fans isn't to big of difference, we are talking about 3-5C. Using 3 fans in a 2 intake, 1 exhaust setup works perfectly fine since that is what I am using. Aligning your fans so your intake blows into your CPU cooler, and the CPU cooler blows into your exhaust works the best since you are directing the airflow all in one direction rather than randomly changing its direction as you can see here:

If you want to further lower noise use larger fans (140mm or larger). Larger move more air and slower RPMS so you get better cooling and a quieter system. I personally want to upgrade all my generic 120mm fans to 140mm corsair AF series fans, specifically: www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181028 These are color adjustable via the rings provided, move a lot of air, and are fairly quiet.
