Look at benchmarks and what fps people get in the games you want to be playing

The specs alone dont mean much

I think whats giving me the Bigggest trouble abotu Streaming the game is that its in Alhpa, Its not an Optimized theres no Optimal settings. Its still in its Early Access stages even though its been out for a Year+

Every other game though like League or Csgo or Cryssisss are Optimized games

I mean
After a year it should be pretty optimized. I doubt just waiting it out will result in the performance you want lol

You can use the same tool to compare any gpus :)
here is comparison between the 370 (265) and the 380 (285)

So after checking, It appears that AS soon as i Go live on OBs and switch over to the Game my CPU% Performance in my Task manageer goes from about 47% to 100%

and my Memory is at about 6Gb/ 7.9Gb

Im not sure how to check What my GPU Shoots up too as I dont see a Tab for it

e. Even When im not Livee streaming on OBs when I Switch over rto H1z1 My CPU % is at 90% +

FX6300 is a lil weak and outdated now

If you want to stream you should get some kind of i7

You would need a program called MSI after burner to monitor GPU usage - but considering your cpu is buckling right now, you don't have to do that.

To me, it looks like to stream H1z1 you'll need to do one of the following, ranging from least ideal/least effort-cost to most ideal/most effort-cost:
1. Lower the settings that require cpu usage as much as possible, even stream at lower resolution (free!)
2. Buy an aftermarket cooler and overclock for a boost in performance (not ideal, but cheap, only 25 dollars)
3. Buy an 8320 processor which comes with 1 extra physical core and 2/simulated cores (after selling your 6300, this is 2nd cheapest, maybe around 50 dollars)
4. Buy an intel processor, which requires a new motherboard + windows reinstall. (You don't need an i7 to stream effectively [though it is technically ideal, just terribly expensive], but even if you went with just an i5, this would cost about 250 at the cheapest, 300 if you went with overclockable components)

I've tried to go on Completely Lowest possible, With also going in the UserOptions files of the Folder and customizing Effects through there, Still encoutered thee Same issue when going live.

Also update, My cpu is at about 28% not 100% when Im just playing the game I typed that wrong, It only goes up to 100% when I go live.
I dont personally think a Aftermarket cooler is going to fix my problem.
I personally am Leaning towards option 3) But I assume you mean an 8350 8 Core? I didnt see an 8320.

8350 Going for 150 Isnt bad, Also with thee faact that I am hitting about 7 out of my 8Gbs as someone mentioned I assume buying another G.Skill stick with the new Processor would be a Great idea as well?!

The aftermarket would only help if you overclocked as well. an fx 6300 can hit 4.5 ghz fairly easily on a 25 dollar cooler.
As for the 8320, its on newegg for 140, but you can also go for the 8300 for a lot less.

The problem with the 8350 is that unless it comes with the new wraith cooler, the stock cooler doesn't cool it enough and you'd require an aftermarket cooler to not throttle your cpu anyway.
So your real cost for 8350 would be the 150 + cooler
whereas this would be fine with the stock cooler only as it is a 95 watt instead of a 125 watt (as the 8320/8350 are)

Okay So Im going to Purchase an 8320 With another 8GB G skill Stick Instead of purchasing an r9 380, Seeing ass the CPU is reaching 100% usage when i Go live on OBs and about 7Gb of the 8Gbs being used.

These would be most beneficial to Upgrade first before Changing out the Radeon HD 6970?

I assume this would result in better results when attempting to stream, Colors, Pixels, Dont really glitch out or look poor Its just the Chopped frames when going live, Which appears to be my CPU being too small and Not enough memory to Run all of the Prcoess at hand when streaming?

Again thank you Everyone for all of this help!
