you don't really need to go that hard on case fans
just get some reputable case fans and you'll be fine for quite awhile :)
those noctua's might be worth taking a look at though if you are serious about it.

Also all spots have tons of spaces for a thicker fan :D

I have 2 in font, 1 behind the socket, 1 on the other side and 2 on the top then finally 2 on the radiator

These have high cfm, low dBa and great bearings...so you won't even need a fan controller. Just run them all at 100% fan speed...right off the PSU.

Fluid Dynamic bearings last almost for ever. I'm running the same 120 mm case fans (with fluid dynamic bearings )for 6 years now...they all still work fine. ;)

specific reason you have 5 computers?

I had 3 in my room up until a few weeks ago I finally decided to virtualize 2 of them. It has been working really well and no longer need 3 computers powered up 24/7 :)

That is with VMs.

3 physical and 2 VMs running on the maim comp
Labtop for all torrents 24/7 since I'm nice :P
Duo 3.5ghz 4gb centos for web and other things
Main desktop for everything else :P

Plus my land lord pays for electric
