The fuck is your 8350 running so hot for?

If you're gonna dump money into a loop upgrade the CPU first.

Either your room is unreal hot or you have zero air flow in the case

@OP ... HWMonitor reads the core temp of AMD CPUs....and the maximum core temp for your CPU is 62C.

You keep running that comp with the CPU at 82C, you're going to fry that CPU.

have you changed/moved the cpu cooler recently?
do you have your cpu/gpu overclocked?
what is the temp in the room you have your computer?
what are your idle temps?
have you reapplied thermal paste?

This is most likely an airflow problem since both ur cpu and gpu are running hot. You could be pushing air in only and no air going out or the other way around. You want a little negative pressure so no dust collects in your case but you still want good constant airflow and the hot air leaving ur case. If you have 8 fans, have 4 for intake air and 4 for outake air.

use another program to double check temps.

just curious.

Most likely a bad prog, Since after like 65c~ Amd tends to shut itself off lol

interesting.. I always thought amd could be stable at higher temps than intel which gave them better oveclockability
granted I have never used amd nor will I but still interesting.

There's a couple AMD cpu's that have a pretty high thermal limit, But most are right around 60c.
