No
The one I linked you to is the 2nd cheapest available. (the first is only cheaper by like 4 dollars) and that's 300 bucks.
2 cards bring a lot of problems to the table, performance-wise.
1. Games sometimes don't support 2 cards, new games often dont support dual cards right away and sometimes performance of 2 cards just isn't very good because of drivers at the moment.
2. Youll consume a lot more energy and put out more heat
3. energy consumption means you need a big power supply, and 750 would probably not be enough for 2x 390s.
So Unless you are looking for 2 cards just because it looks cool, I'd stick with 1 big bad card.
Otherwise, you could look at Crossfiring 2x 380s or SLIing 2x GTX 960s, as they would cost about 400 bucks for 2 of them.

You don't want to SLI GTX 580's anyhow, unless you own stock in the local power company.

Just one 390 should hold you out just fine for the next many years!
It is much stronger than your 580

this is almost a comparison. Sometimes the 390 is better than the 290x and vice versa, but it's a good idea of what to expect.

Yeah, I did a quick search on ebay and it looks like they go for 130-150
So, probably get a good chunk back.
