Thanks for the suggestions. I finally have managed to find a seller on amazon that uses amazons return policy, so it looks like I'll be buying it from a company called Ideabuy. Its $6 more, but it will do.

To the people suggesting overclocking, this computer is being built for an "older" friend who does not play games and is pretty computer illiterate. By not overclocking, we get a free CPU cooler, make setup easy, and save an extra $50. If I was building this for myself I would be overclocking 24/7 - like i do currently.

I get overclocking old parts to get better performance but what the heck are people doing that they need to overclock i7's and shit that are brand new?

I bought a 4790k and H100i
Still at stock settings and I barely do anything other than the occasional single player game.
