iam not a pro but i heard gaming with 3 monitors does need a very fast gpu. with a lot details and high resolution you shouldn't be able to fire up 3 monitors with a 1000$ pc

i plan a 1500$ pc and it wouldn't be able to do 3 monitors

This is what I put together.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Yt7DP6

The monitors are the biggest ambiguity, so i just chose 3 27 inches that were of good quality and maxed your hardware for it.
3x 1080p monitors is basically 4k + half of 4k (since 1x 1080p monitor is half of a 4k display)
1 980 ti struggles to do 4k for many modern titles, so i opted for a dual 980 ti.
I also opted for the i7 and some fast ddr4 ram, because thus far, Fallout 4 has run better on an i7 (over an i5) and actually benefits from faster ram speed (from what I've researched)

I wouldn't exactly say 1 980 Ti struggles at 4k gaming, but for the budget you should easily squeeze in 2 TI's.

True, by struggle I meant, 60 fps ultra.
I probably should have explained that better :p
But yeah, especially since hes doing 3 monitors, I would definitely go for 2 at the budget. ^_^
