It's not good because to fit 4460, ur downgrading all of its other components and even suggesting poor quality psu.
Better off getting a g3258 at that point


was just trying to save some cash for them.. if they want to cheap out, they'll get what they pay for.. if it were me.. id be building a rig no less than $600.. gives a few better options...

helping them save cash is good.. but suggesting poor quality things for the sake of saving cash isn't

that case you picked is decent tho for only $20 after MIR, 1 of the best u can get at ~$20 budget case range.
