So I rebuilt the comp in a new case and cleaned the parts. Games are running Fin now 60+ fps. However is still running at 85C lol... So idk wtf is going on. I'm suspecting mobo now because the mobo utility lists all fans at 0rpm even though they are running. They also do not slow down or speed up with load. Psu still somewhat suspect because all fans are new now yet they all move so slow, so it can't be defaulting to full power. Idfk anymore tired of this issue...
