yes strictly for poe, maybe d3 if he doesn't end up sticking with poe(which is what I play, but will give him my d3 and expansion if he doesnt like poe he has only watched me play it). I already bought him an xbox 1 and some games which is why I don't want to spend more than 400 for this. The build with ssd better video card for 400 before rebates is probably what I will go for. I have 2 laptops he has access to if he needs extra space for movies and the such.
