for this type of budget if your looking to run max setting, why not have atleast 2400mhz ram selected???? why Toshiba HDD over WD Black Series ??? why not win 10 if going for next gen processor?
this is how i would do it
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kCVbMpchanged Mobo to Gigabyte, Changed ram to Gskill 2400mhz, change hdd to WD BLACK SERIES and down to 2tb, added disc drive (dumb not to have it since they are so dang cheap)
10 is very iffy, lots of mixed reviews on it, it is more expensive for 8.1, and you can lock in a free upgrade and then hold off on doing it and upgrade to ten later if you want
and what does the next gen processor have to do with the version of windows???
even if you choose a 2400mhz RAM kit most motherboards will default it to 1600mhz anyways, not to mention that it makes very little difference in gaming performance to change those clocks and can cause instability, I choose to keep mine stock
WD black series is faster, and a lot more expensive, that Toshiba is a steal for the size of the drive, and has excellent feedback and ratings
