look em up

guess it would work without the spring right? yup your right

Topre Realforce keyboards use therubber dome solely as a spring, and switch actuation is performed using capacitance via a 5 cN spring compressed by the dome.

This will be used for gaming.

Corsair Vengeance k70 or k95?

or

Razer Black Widow?

or

Any other recommendations?

Oh and what is difference between brown, red, blue switches/keys?

Red = typing, blue = gaming, brown = mixed. All I play is CS:GO and the browns are perfectly fine for me. I used to play League and it was fine with that game too.

K70 vs K95 is just the customizable macro keys. If you don't need the macro keys, get the K70.

You can youtube cherry mx switches to hear the differences between them if you're concerned about the noise level. It can get quite noisy if the room is dead silent but you get used to it. I personally love the sound.

Ducky is another very reputable brand. I'd probably choose Ducky over Corsair if I had the money but I didn't want to spend a lot. I ended up with the K70 with browns and love every second of it.

I used a Razer Black Widow for like 6-7 years of intensive gaming and it worked like a charm for me the whole time I had it. Personally I LOVED the feeling of the blue keyswitches. They're definitly my favorite.

I sold my computer rig 6 months ago and I gave the black widow to the guy who bought me and I'm pretty sure he will be using it still for a couple years atleast.

I don't know why people complain about razer black widow it's such a fantastic keyboard...

Altho, I've never tried Ducky.. B)

k95 if you need macro keys.

k70 if you don't.

rgb if you're sexy.

I have the Logitech G910 Orion Spark, Love it.

Go for a Shine 4 or K70. Figure out which switches are best for you, IMO blue is the way to go but browns arent so bad either.

I've had my Black Widow for 4 years now and I've spilled beers in it like 3 times then cleaned it with water and it still works flawlessly.
I mean yeah, might not be the best mechanical keyboard but it works damn good.
