You can max GW2 with a 6300, or even much less. Just grab yourself a nice aftermarket cooler. can even overclock it a bit.

Get an evo:

Would personally get the plus if you will do the rebate, evo if you dont.

You should be able to easily overclock your 6300 to 4.4 ghz on the plus/evo

more if you are lucky. ^_^
temps will still be much lower than what you see there.

Also for graphics, what do you have now? I wouldnt get a 960 if you're running something like a 265, but if its a R7 250 or an R7 260(x) I would consider it.

In that case a 960/R9 280/285/380 will be a worthwhile upgrade.

Grab one of those cards and a cooler and you will be all good. Even if you do not overclock you can expect to see your CPU temps below 30-35 all the time.
If you have questions on how to overclock or how to set your fan to a lower RPM [so that it is quieter when youre not stressing your cpu] on your new cooler, feel free to ask once its installed. :)
