Any reason you're getting a locked CPU?

Doesn't matter if you dont want to OC now, you could in several years when your CPU is old and relatively slow to get an extra year of performance out of it.

what is your suggestion?...

ehh... idk. Canada and it's a $60 jump to a 4690k. Probably worth the premium if you need the CPU power but won't show much difference for games, especially paired with 970.

You're fine m8

Try not to let it frustrate you, there isn't as much as opinion as you think! Mostly were trying to get you the best bang for your buck, Any of the stuff we posted would make you happy, some of us may just disagree over really picky stuff. ^_^
