if you buy used, you can get a r9 290 with a new 600w+ psu
if not, gtx 960 with a new psu 550w+
Can you link me a good psu brand
From canada, so newegg.ca

brands don't mean shit, it's the OEM that matters
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=16950AC8401
DL the MIR form from
http://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-supernova-750-80plus-b2-d0-97531.htm?affiliateid=7474144
so after $30 MIR, it's 69.99 which is a steal for the quality/watt you're getting.
Canada psu's are overpriced af, low ends start closer to $70 bucks.
also avoid newegg in canada, their shipping costs rapes you so much they rarely have the cheapest price.
as for GPU, ur stuck in the 280/380 range unless you can save up more $$ for 290/970

Completely fine.
You could easily run a 970/980 on a 600w PSU (Well quality PSU that is)

Its free, harmless program.
