A question: When im looking at prices via pcpartpicker. Are they with or without taxes included?

Depends on the vendor. Some vendors list prices on their website that include VAT, some don't.

You would just have to look at the website of the vendor for the card you're looking at. Also: german, spanish, italian, or british?

For example:

The £245.99 listed on PCPartpicker includes VAT, as stated on the vendor's website.

Price listed on Amazon matches price on PCP. Amazon states VAT is included.

Newegg doesn't charge taxes at least here in the states

Go with a 4 GB card instead of the 2 if you can swing like 30 dollars.

i got a 500$ montior but i plan to spend 1000$ ON A CUSTOM BUILT THOUGH PC LIKE BEST OF THE BEST which is second best tomorrow NO MATTER WUT or sooner in this PC World. But 1000$ Exception of Extra RAM For Graphics Card And A Faster Speeds And Faster And Bigger Hard Drives Like Loading R what ever they Rate it by again but a 500$ maybe 700$ less MAX for the PERFECT GRAPHICS card and Proccessor Preferably Overclocked.
