again
you don't know what yur saying
a hard drive isn't a ssd
hdd slow boot times & load times
ssd which is also sata very fast boot times & load times
pci e or m.2 ssd can be Way faster than sata 3 ssd
but in day to day situations like boot you wont notice it
Well nether of us are going to budge from our Opinion so I'll let u stick with yours and I'll stick with mines. I don't want no motor / vibrations / O-ring seal going out or breaking over time . ( I do understand what you're saying you wont hardly see a Difference, but I want No sound and not worrying bout motor / Sound / Motor dropping dead or Oxygen getting in the HDD due to the O-ring leaking over time which I've experienced in the past quit a few times
Here bench mark test from a M.2 PCI Express Gen3 x4 VS a MX200 SATA
MX200 SATA

M.2 PCI Express Gen3 x4
