what is gpu? most definitely want 750w if you have a decent gpu
also, the 9590 is very hot. might want to double check how high of TDP the corsair H110 puts up with.

be quiet dark rock pro 3 is rated for 240w TDP use, so that's something to consider. it's huge, but i didn't find it an issue to install and i prefer air coolers personally.

okay tbh, i wouldnt go amd right now.

i have the vishera 9370 and it runs hot, as fuck, with corsair h90 liquid cooling. i had to upgrade my mobo to a crosshair because my old board couldnt dissipate the heat.
if youre going 9590 you NEED either a sabertooth or crosshair. also id recommend a 240/280mm liquid cooling system by corsair. the 120/140 will work, it does for mine.
but trust me when i say it runs hot as fk
