That's alright. :)

First, change the layout into something more manageable...
Click the settings button [the cog wheel, middle bottom left]
Click user interface tab and then set it to default skin.

Then it should close and change its look.
After that click settings again and click the monitoring tab.
now you will see a bunch of checkmarks next to some names like GPU usage, voltage, etc.

Simply click and drag them in the order you want to see the graphs to make it easier on yourself.

Basically you want to leave that program running, play POE, then once you get your lag spike, minimize and look at the graphs. Check out your CPU usage, Ram Usage and GPU usage. If at any point your graph hits the 100% mark, then that may be the thing that's making you chug.

You can also use this program to easily overclock your gpu [any gpu] if interested :]

Either way, let us know what kind of activity you see during a lag spike, ^_^

MSI afterburner is a free program.
You can download it from MSI's website;

http://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner

As we've said, it has graphs for all kinds of stats, so just take a look at it after youve suffered a lag spike to see how your computer was performing.

My bad brah, meant you ofc

You mainly want to see Your CPU's, GPU and Ram usages.

If everything is at 100% that's pretty strange, you might wanna take a look at running a virus scan or maybe other programs that are causing you to be overloaded.
If its just GPU usage, then your gpu is chugging, you might wanna turn off a really graphic intensive setting like Antialiasing [if poe has that]

Maybe if you have time show us a nice screenshot of your graphs after the spike?
Since you can only fit 4 graphs, I say show us 1 of : GPU usage, GPU Memory/Vram, RAM usage, and whatever, then another shot of all 4 CPU core usages [each core should be a graph]

overclocking is maybe a discussion for another day, but it makes your components run a little bit faster, usually for no risk if you are reasonable.
