Alright! just realized i gave wrong link, here is a proper link, with newegg and no rebates :)

it is a couple dollars over budget, but if thats too much I can find something to bring cost down just a little, also being able to find windows for cheaper would be helpful :)
Okay and all this works together 100%? No worries or anything? And also I have never built a computer so is there a step by step how to put it together somewhere or what?

You can order all those parts from NCIX US and they will build it for you for an extra $50
I'm 58 years old, tell your mom, that for the same price...a prebuilt will be a horrible computer.
/e If she absolutely insists on a prebuilt...I would consider this...

tell your mom the internet says No.
prebuilts are just shitty.
If she still gives you a stink... let me know her phone number, Ill talk her out of it.
Honestly though if she is super opposed, I would find a machine that isn't built for gaming. Then simply purchase a new power supply and graphics card and you would be all set.
something like this

then buy the card

and the psu

Im not too savvy about what price is good for a prebuilt and what isnt.
but the only thing you want to pay attention to is the graphics card. that card, the gtx 750 is much weaker than the 960 that i picked out for you.
If you can, look for a PC that has maybe at least a gtx 960 or an r9 270.

youre better off just buying all your parts from NCIX. theyll build the computer and install windows (upon purchase) and mail it to your house.
