i had my cooler the exact same way he has it, it's fine lol. that being said my cooler could not be mounted any other way, but again, he doesn't really have any issues doing it like that.

this being said i had two top 140mm fans, one side 140mm fan, two front 120mm fans, one rear 120mm fan and push/pull config on my cooler, so i had p l e n t y of airflow to make up for the 'weird' configuration

otherwise it doesn't really matter.

It's currently on normal though, so i think next time i start it up, i'll change it to performance

I do not think this is even possible on the cpu fan, sadly.

It is unless you have something in the case or mobo blocking it.... How do I know mine is mounted the way I explained
