Well of course its an optional upgrade, Not really a necessity.. But imo it is a worthwhile upgrade.


We talking 40 seconds to desktop? Or 100% logged in, Startup programs fully launched?

Obviously.

I just meant it typically takes more than 40 seconds to 100% boot up on a hdd. Since it still has to load up all startup programs / etc after windows launches.

You have a a shitty computer then. Only takes me 40 seconds to boot normally. 20-30 on my other rig.

ya.. lot of useless startups imo.
i think mine was about 30-35 seconds before my ssd
