I've got a Pentium D extreme 965 (two HT p4's on a single die) overclocked @ 4.8ghz, the thing is still pretty beast. Performs like a fair clocked c2d but there's a nice boost in heavier threaded applications.

Single core CPU's are pretty much useless now.
