For i7,970,16gb you could get a brand new for 1300ish.
Its just the tax that will kill you. He's charging 1200 for a used computer with a 760 its not sketchy price wise.

Isn't Prime95 a no-no on Haswell?

Run Aida64, not Prime95.

Are you planning to overclock or just checking the stability of the CPU.

If just stability then no need to hardcore stress test it with Prime95 as it will probably run it to 95 degrees...

Am I off on this or what...
