on top of the noise is fan based
so how can it be louder then a air cooler
that uses the same fans derp
Corsair H100i costs 25$ more than a Noctua NH-D14 and almost 50$ more than the Macho HR-02 I suggested.
Out-of-the-box - and therefore of course with different fans - both air coolers will:
- reach better temps at the same noise level
- reach the same temps at a lower noise level
To even bring your H100i on a par with them, you'd need to invest even more money (assuming ~25$) in aftermarket fans, making it even worse in price/performance.

a 750 watt evga for 50bux will power sli 970s
Right, because that must clearly be what your build is aiming for: air-cooled GTX 970 SLI in a µATX case on a µATX motherboard with so little space that the graphics cards might be as close as touching each other. The top card will most likely run into temp limits very fast during a regular gaming session. Seems very relevant...

while having the looks/warranty/cable options
winning on all fronts
There are other PSU with decent cable options and sufficient warranty as well. But I'll give the PSU to you, even though your SLI argument is crap.

case is boring with horrible options
Except for the difference in front fan sizes (2x140mm in the 350D vs. 2x 120mm in the Core 2500), the 350D has no real benefits. It limits the user to µATX-boards while not saving any space or being more compact. In fact, it's even larger than the Core 2500.
Core 2500 comes with additional mounting possibilities for side/bottom fans and 2 much quieter 120mm case fans (Corsair fans are - again - not good enough for their price) that can easily be used as silent front intakes combined with the already present hardware fan control the Core 2500 offers compared to the 350D. Again, my choice saves 50$ while not making compromises at quality.
350D should only ever be an option when you go fully water-cooled µATX.
Then again, there is little to no reason at all to go that route, since you wouldn't save the tiniest amount of space when there are regular ATX cases around the same size (or even smaller) than the 350D that offer decent water-cooling options as well without limiting you to a certain board size.

Already gave my 2 cents on cooling and case choice.
Now let's go on with your MB choice:
Aside from the fact that KILLER network chips sometimes still need a BIOS update to even start working correctly and are nothing more than a great 1337-gamz00r-kiddie-marketing scam which causes more problems than it actually solves, that board is a solid choice. Then again, it leaves the OP with 3 possible outcomes when trying to get his system working, depending on production date of the board, logistics and the final vendor you order from:
Option 1: BIOS version is good --> Everything will work fine.
Option 2: BIOS is too old --> Nothing will work and the needed BIOS update will not be possible without first finding/buying/lending a different CPU that is compatible with Z87 boards.
Don't know how this is handled where you suggest to buy, but I assume that you're fucked (i.e lots of waiting time or even money spent on a CPU) should you really end up with a MB with outdated BIOS...
Rest is just standard and not a real difference to my build... my choice of SSD seems more reliable and my motherboard comes with guaranteed compatibility to the chosen CPU.
