Budget: 6-700(maybe a little more if its worth it)
More specific use (what games, what programs): Watching movies, music. Some basic games(nothing crazy)
Planned time until purchase: Month or so
Do you need an Operating System?: Nope
Do you have any specific preferred components?: bluray/dvd/cd burner, usb 3.0. decent speaker setup
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Maybe a sound card
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I dont plan on overclocking right away, but i would want the option if i needed to.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Nope
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): Shipping costs doesn't matter

Shipping costs may not matter, but country will affect prices greatly.

best to bump in liek 2-3 days before you purchase cuz any build today will be useless from a month or so, since the prices vary often
