as far as Win 8 is concerned, i hear its a free upgrade to windows 10... windows 10 should be pretty legit

Sure, I suppose. You would definitely be able to get an SSD and a better case that way and slightly better performance, but do you think it would be that noticeable?

Although, my intention was to show the OP what he wanted and how much it would cost.

The Xeon build? Yeah, I saw that lol. Its nice, but I don't particularly like ITX builds. They're kind of fun putting together, but I just don't like them.

fixed and i snagged an optical driver out of an old pc but can't find a proper connection for my MB. The other pc is pretty old and theres no port for the old connector..

Ugh this old piece of shit optical drive is giving me a migraine. super outdated wiring and i dont know if i have the part to bridge the connection ._.
I'm buying a new one tomorrow but was hoping to have windows and my network card installed soon so i can just yank out the old piece of shit and download the rest of my drivers online.
does anyone know if i can boot from a flashdrive in bios? like the windows install file from a flashdrive
